In an interview for Bloomberg TV Bulgaria, IGA’s chairperson discussed the security developments in the Black Sea region, their trade implications, the status of the Montreux Convention, all of which point to the fact that Bulgaria had to start its military modernization much earlier. Dr. Rumena Filipova also presented IGA’s new report on Russia’s militarization of history, singling out the creation of a museum and remembrance institute as necessary steps for Bulgaria’s assessment of its communist past.
