Dr. Rumena Filipova participated in the 4th International Forum on European Ukraine “Overcoming Russia’s war against Ukraine: Strengthening links between political decision makers & civil society organizations in Europe”. It was organized by CivilM+ and took place on November 15-16 in Berlin.
IGA’s chairperson spoke on a panel, which discussed the variety of Russian channels for political, media and economic influence throughout Europe. She highlighted the main trends in the Kremlin’s disinformation strategies and narratives in Southeast Europe since the start of the war in Ukraine.
