The Three Seas Partnership – a think tank platform, organized by the Warsaw Institute and featuring IGA as a founding member, has released its special report outlining the key trends and developments concerning the Three Seas Initiative. The document presents recommendations for policymakers within the Three Seas region and charts out the progress and achievements of the Initiative for advancing cooperation and connectivity.
Dr. Rumena Filipova’s chapter on Bulgaria showcases the uneven track record of Sofia’s implementation of Three Seas projects and the significant potential that the Initiative holds for fostering regional connectivity in the Black Sea area as well as linking up the latter with northern counterparts in the Baltic Sea.
